Assignment Two Completed

Finally I have finished my essay and ready to submit. As I have read and researched so many I have come up with a Working Proposition of "The ultimate Intelligent Society of Learning - Lifelong online learning and participation". Cynthia, I hope this is okay :) As I will be going away I gave myself a new deadline i.e. Everything must be completed by tonight. So, this completes my internet studies for NET11.
